I am so happy I contacted Designing Windows about repairs to vertical shades I bought from another vendor in late 2018. They took care of the problem right away for a very reasonable fee. When I contacted the business where I purchased the shade, I was told I would likely have to take down and ship the product back to Hunter Douglas, they had no record of my purchase and it was up to me to gather information about the product vis a vis locating a sticker somewhere on the actual shade - mind you I do not live in Ocean City. Designing Windows made a stressful situation disappear. Can’t wait to give them more business in the future.

She provided outstanding customer service. She helped me select the perfect product that best fit my needs and explained all details. She precisely measured my custom, non-standard window frames. She provided physical samples of various items and colors and discussed all details. She was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful and never tried to rush the process.
The installation was also smooth, expedient and professional!
My outdoor porch shades look great and provide the sun blocking protection I was seeking. Now we can enjoy the outdoor porch when the sun is blinding and even in the rain as the shades are also sturdy and water resistant.
